How to cancel subscription to J-14/M magazine?

• I got my first subscription in July for J-14 for 1 year. A few weeks ago I got a letter saying that need to renew my subscription?? I'm not really sure why? Aren't you suppose to get that a year after you subscribe? I want to cancel it I am getting tired of that magazine anyway. I then got a magazine for M today? How come? How do I cancel my subscription and what is that pone number if anyone has it to J-14/M? And if you do have the numbers, can you find out the Phone numbers? Im sorry I know i am asking a lot): Sorry
