How to cancel weird magazine subscription?

How do I cancel a subscription if I already have that certain magazine?

• I already have a subscription to the Seventeen magazine, but I signed up for the freebies and it said my subscription is on its way and I have to send $10.00 or whatever. How do I cancel the subscription I just signed up for without canceling my other subscription? Help!(:

  Since you already have a subscription, they will just extend your current subscription for another 10 issues. At the bottom of the left hand column under "Quick Help", click on "Frequently Asked Questions". At the bottom of the left hand column under "Contact Us", click on "Customer Service". Under "Contact Customer Service", click "Email Us". Complete the form and tell them that you do not want to EXTEND your subscription. DO NOT tell them you want to cancel your subscription, because if you do, they will cancel the subscription that you currently have, as well as the one for which you accidentally just subscribed. To avoid this problem the next time you want to enter a Daily Freebie giveaway, go to: http://www.seventeen.com/fun/freebies/ Click the "Enter Now" button that's to the right of the picture of the Daily Freebie. On the next page, scroll down until you see the picture of the magazine cover, and the section to the right of it that reads: "No purchase is necessary to enter".
