How to start my own magazine?

I enjoy graphic design and i just got the idea to start my own free online magazine. I want to make it about mainly about dope music, cool random stuff, and some sports and style. and itd probably be every few weeks and like 3-5 pages So i have the skill but idk what to write about or how i should even start. Any tips? and where could i get some writers to help me with sports and style? Where would i post it so it could be read like a virtual magazine? Please help i have no idea where to start
