What are the requirements to study Nursing for international students in canada?

Hi every one. I just need help with a question which is what are the requirements to study Nursing for international students in Canada? I recently got married and my wife is going to study Nursing here in Canada and she was wandering if there are thing she need to do back home before she come to Canada which will get her in to University straight. Please help... thank you.

Are you living in Canada now? She needs find the nursing program that she wants to attend. ( do you live near any universities?)She will be able to find out what the prerequisite classes are. Once she has taken them she can apply to the nursing program. She will not have to go back home first.
