Art institute of Pittsburgh vs. academy of art university?

I had a bad experience with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online. In February I started with the BA in Interior Design program. The classes were not the problem-it was the support staff. I had to contact department heads to get anything completed. My advisor did not readily contact me when I had a question until I emailed her superior. I also did not like how financial aid was run. One day I had a credit, the next I owed them money. I quit after this past quarter May 12th because I decided to get a Master's degree instead and because of how they ran their online division. Also, at this time, the online Interior Design degree in not accredited. Only the campus version is.
