When you submit SAT scores to a college?

Why haven't college board send my SAT scores?

• I qualified for the fee waivers. I requested my scores to be sent to 4 schools months ago and when I check back on college board It doesnt say anything about it being sent. I went through the process of sending the scores numerous times through college board and im worried that it is not getting received because it is not giving me information about it being sent. Im pretty sure it has not been sent yet because it says pending... is ther another way of sending SAT scores?

  Rather than ask the college board, it might be wise to follow up at a couple of the schools. Call the admissions office (or, if possible, make a personal visit) and simply say that you are concerned about the college board having forgotten to send your SAT scores. Ask them to check in the file and verify that the scores are there. If they find them, then you are safe in assuming that they went to all four of the schools you requested them to be sent to. If not, then you will need some serious follow-up. Only the college board can send out scores, and they probably will not do so as a result of a phone call, but you can call them, explain to a real person what has happened, and ask for a fax number where you can forward the request. Ask the person you speak to if you may direct your request to him/her personally, and explain that you do not want to have to go through the entire explanation another time. Then do what you said you would. Fax (or mail) the request directly to the person you speak to, include a letter to remind him/her of who you are and what your problem is, and that should resolve the matter.
