Be authentic and genuine; people like you when you aren't giving canned answers and are representing yourself. 3. Respect the interviewers. Be on time, be polite, shake hands, etc. Try to refer to them by name if you ask questions, or when answering or referencing them. 4. Tell the truth. Even if this means you have to say 'i don't know' to a question. don't give them answers you think they want to here. 5. If you get flustered, take a moment to collect yourself by simply pausing. they know it might be a stressful situation, so it's ok to be nervous. 6. Have fun!
