What College or Unversity will accept an online High school diploma from citizens high school?

  There are a couple of directions in which to go. One is to choose some colleges that you are interested in and apply. Nobody on "Answers" can possibly predict what will happen in the application process at all the possible colleges in the country. Be reasonable in your expectations, select colleges which have a fairly generous admissions policy, apply, and see what happens. Your second choice is to attend community college for two years. Their admissions policies are often less strict, and your diploma may be adequate. Earn an associate's degree with grades as good as you can manage. Once you have your degree, you can easily transfer to a four year college, and nobody will care where you got your high school diploma.
