I got D's and F's in all of my academic classes during 1st semester. how am i gonna make it into a UC school?

Did you get D's and F's because you were too busy to study or were you sweating over the books and did not do well. If it is the first, I guess you need to decide what is important to you and give it the appropriate time. If it is the second, then maybe you need the help of a tutor or brainy friends. UC schools are very concerned about your score on the SATs. You can make sure that your SAT scores are as high as possible. Honestly, though, maybe the UC system isn't the best place for you. Even if you do get in, you might be in classes with people who had a lot easier time of it in high school. Perhaps you should look into a community college or another school that would fit your needs better.
