What kinds of questions do i ask in an interview?

• i have to interview someone for my final project in english. the topic is about field trips. i have to choose a place for a class to go on a field trip and a requirement for this final project is interviewing a teacher on what their thoughts would be about having the field trip that i suggest. the one i suggest is a pottery making class for a crafts elective class. i have to come up with 10 interview questions by tomorrow. anyone wanna help me out?

What are the biggest obstacles students say they have when they enter your class? How do you help them overcome these obstacles? How do you feel about field trips? Would you rather call field trips by another name? Why? I think a trip to a pottery making class would be helpful, how can I persuade staff to agree with me?
