Can I change college after first year of BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT?

Hi, I am studying BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT. This is a two year course and I will complete my first year this June. Can I change my college and continue my second year to some other college or do I have to complete my second year in this college only? I would like some suggestions on this. Thank you.
