MY DAD GOT HIS HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA BY MAIL NOT COMPUTER?

my dad got his high school diploma by mail not email he did it by mail the tests everything but i cant seem to find how i can do this he got into the army and did everything he needed wheres the website i don't want to do it online i really need my diploma by next year im 17 its to late to go back to school had to get out because of medical issues can ANYONE HELP

The military will not accept many online degrees anymore, or the GED. If you want the military to be an option, you should ask them what, if anything, like that they will accept.
