ok so obviously i don't have much experience in the snail mail category but I I want to send a letter with semi-thick computer paper and a pathetic plastic heart about an inch long and a 2 centimeters high... how many stamps should I put on the envelope.

Answer:
I would put four .42 cent stamp but to be more accurate I would suggest you go to the post and use the self serves machine and some post have a weight machine and that way you know for sure how many to use . So if you have to do it from home with out go to the post I would say four stamps
