Grades to get into a good college?

What kind of grades do I have to get in HS to get in a pretty good college? Read details!!?

I go to a top of the line school in DC which pretty much sets up a lot of people for great opportunities, but what kind of grades must I have to get into a good college. The HS will help a lot but I am doing very bad at school and I dont frankly know why. I try very hard but it seems as if I am a bad test taker. I just got my first semester grades today and I am very upset. What kind of grades do I need to get into a good college! Help! I am a sophmore, and by doing bad in my first 3 semesters did I already screw myself over? Am i done for?

It's not over, but you need to start showing improvement. also, get involved in a couple extracurricular activities, take some leadership roles
