How can i increase my gpa?
-
right now i am a sophomore and last year as a freshman my GPA was 2.3 but i rose it up to 2.518 and now i am wondering if i could still increase it up to a 3.5 or 3.750 before i graduate. I just wanted to know if this is possible and if so how can I.

Answer:
Let's assume you mean the GPA is now 2.518 at the end of sophomore year, you have two years left before you graduate (but only about 1.5 before you apply for colleges), you take the same number of credits each semester, and you get all A's from now on. Your highest possible unweighted GPA when you graduate would be: (2.3 * 2 + 2.518 * 2 + 4.0 * 4) / 8 = 3.20 The highest GPA when you apply to colleges if you can wait until after one semesters of senior year would be: (2.3 * 2 + 2.518 * 2 + 4.0 * 3) / 7 = 3.09 Sorry, you can't get a 3.5 anymore no matter what you do.
