How can i concentrate on my studies?

  • I was good in studies on my high school time.But when i joined college things changed.Now i spend most of the time in gaming and other entertainments.I started think my self as i am out of self control.Whenever i planned for studying it never happened.Even in exam time!!!...Please help me out...

    Best way I find to do this is be more focused in what you doing. Try not to get involved with too many things close to exam times. Also learn to have self control by saying NO to things / people. This can be to going out with friends when you have a exam or limiting the amount of time you play games, when you have important exams coming up. At the end of the day its up too you. Generally you know what is right and wrong. There isn't a magical formula out there that you can take and all of a sudden you do things right. Find a balance in life otherwise you could become over worked as all you do it work - work - work.
