there aren't physical traits to test an IQ. Someone who hasn't been exposed to human contact might not have a high IQ. the most reliable way to test someone's IQ is to have a psychologist test him/her. "free" online IQ tests don't give an accurate level.

I heard of cat scans that can do it... or that will be able to. But even those would probably be false. IQ is a sham (for instance, Einstein had troubles picking out matching clothes). There are lots of kinds of intelligence that the so called hi-IQ societies haven't the slightest about.
