How to start a speech? ?

On Monday in school they've chose me to say a speech about Uganda(Joseph kony 2012) and about how they're suffering and stuff. but I dont know how to start the speech I've wrote the summarisation of jacobs story, but I dont know how to stay it!! Would mean a lot if you wrote me a few lines for this speech:)<3
