Whats the difference between ultrasound tech and diagnostic medical sonography tech?

im wanting to go to school. interested in this field. i don't know the difference between a ultrasound tech and a diagnostic medical sonography tech. can you give me any information? difference between the two? which is a better choice? any info would be greatly appreciated thanks!

The name is the only difference, its the same job, Diagnostic Medical Sonograph Tech just sounds fancier...still gonna be gloppin warm goo on pregnent chicks and whatnots, no matter what you call yourself
