Illinois State University vs. DePaul vs. Indiana University, whats better?

• I'm a business student at Illinois State and want to take my talents to the best university so I can have a leg up when it comes to applying for the top investment firms. My major is finance and minor is economics, I'm also doing pre-med because I'm awesome but I might switch that to pre-law because thats awesome-r. My GPA is a cumulative 3.7 right now and I'm applying at DePaul and Indiana University. The amount of scholarships and grants will be an influence on my decision but if we put that aside- what would be the best place for me to transfer?

  The Kelley School of Business is usually considered to be in the top 20 nationwide and the finance program is in the top 10. If you want to do a major and a minor and also do pre-med, plan to go to school during the summer or take more than five years to graduate.
