  actually you must present a topic where u should have done atleast some develeopment overwhich the present world knows... so get in to the topics on which u have researched for th maximum... but as itsn possible for al the ppl to make research before they can present a paper u should go for the core papers..... like u may presnt on bluetooth , wimax ,wi fi and regardin electronics u go for surface computing, nano technology, vlsi latest versions itsn fault if u present a paper with out any relation to your department... think of the topic on u can give the most explanation and always try to present in full...
