Will my friend get a job in qatar?

My best friend wants to get settled in Qatar....He has done his under graduation from osmania university....does he have any opportunities....And if he has then what is the procedure for him to go to Qatar....presently he is in India..... Best answer will get 5 points......

My uncle is an andhra university graduate.he is presently settled in qatar as a manager in some company(well i don't know what company that is) .first thing is, it might be a bit difficult to get there but once you have good job skills and experience you will definitely be very successful there.that was the case with my uncle,cuz he had excellent communication and job skills and some experience.and yes qatar does have opportunities.and sry i don't know the procedure how to get there.
