What is the IB Program?

What is it like in the pre-IB program?

• I'm going to high school next year and i got accepted in the pre-IB (enriched) program. I heard it's a lot of pressure with loads of homework... I'm so worried i'll do horrible next year (FYI, i'm a really good student, mostly A's). my biggest fear is to see the letter F on my report card... i'm so nervous....what should i doo!!?! HELPPP!!!

  ok well I am currently in the full IB program and I did do pre-IB freshmen and sophmore year. I personally thought pre-IB was no sweat. If you have been taking honors classes before, in middle school, elementary school, whatever, I don't think you should have any problems. For me, pre-IB was just like honors. You just pay a bit more attention to what you will get in the actual IB program. So say you might practice a certain type of paper you have to write for the IB program, that's what we did, but it wasn't actually that hard. Even if your grades do slump a bit I highly doubt you will get F's, if anything maybe Bs. Cs? HIGHLY doubt Fs. Now IB is a different story. I felt a big jump from pre-IB to IB, so I don't know mabye it's just my school but thats what I went through.
