What kind of grades do you need to get a scholarship to a decent college?

• i have no money. i got 3 A's 2B's and a C+ on my report card last term in high school i am a sophemore my parents told me i have no money for college except $30,000 my 2nd cousin gave me (he's rich) are these grades good enough for a scholarship or do i need to try harder
