Answer:
There are 168 hours in a week. Deduct 49 hours for sleep = 119 left. Deduct how many hours a week you work, say 20 = 99 hours left. Deduct another 21 hours for eating, laundry, washing, bathing, ironing and all that stuff = 78 left Deduct 21 hours for going out for fun = 57 hours left. You could have plenty of study time! That's 8 hours a day. Now for the big tip: Study in 20 minute chunks, take 2 minutes break, then do the next 20 minutes. Frequent breaks help you keep going longer. At the end of 2 hours take a 15 minute coffee break then spend the next 20 minutes reviewing what you studied in the first 2 hours before you proceed. Next, how to keep it all in your head. memory studies have proved that we forget everything we learn within 2 days, but it can all be retained with frequent refreshment (revision). Review Monday's studies on Tuesday, then Thursday, then Sunday. Review Tuesday's studies on Wednesday, Friday and Monday. The system is refresh once next day, then refresh after 2 days then after three days and so on. If you use memory systems that will also help. Good luck, brother. Get yourself a first class degree. Don't settle for less.

About a good 3-4hrs should be sufficient but it doesnt matter: 10 minutes of good quality revision of understanding is better than 2-3hrs of dreaming, nodding off and getting bored. Some people can revise for long periods, some in short chunks, others with music or TV etc. Dont bother about how much time just do quality revision. Aim for about 2,3-4hrs a day at least 2hrs every day Quality rather than Quantity Use coloured pens to help you memorise things Make use of diagrams Try using Acronyms etc like ROYGBIV (red, orange, yellow etc.) Dont be put off by what others SAY or by what they do Hope that helps!

Do what you can but take regular breaks. Make sure you eat, drink and sleep properly as your physical health affects your mental ability. Keep dictionaries to hand as well and make sure you understand each word that you read. Failure to do this can make you yawn and lose the gist of what you are reading. Good luck with your exams!

Are you in school/college at all? If not i suggest the following schedule 10-12noon study 1-3pm study 4-6pm study 7-9pm study Make sure you have had a good breakfast before you start and during each 1 hour break go for a walk or have a snack (do not watch TV or read a magazine as this will interfere with what you have just learned.) During the first 10 minutes of each 2 hour session read over what you wrote in the previous 2 hours and in the first session of each day spen half an hour going over what you did the previous day. I taught psychology for many years at all levels and this is the system i devised to help my students revise. It also allows for people who do not like getting up early and who want to go to the pub for an hour before retiring. Oh and make sure you do written notes for revision not just reading ; try making up your own questions and answers it really helps information 'fix'. good luck. Have one complete free day each week (the same one) as you will need a proper break.

don't go waking up late in nights.it just confuses you. the best time to study that i would prefer is very early i.e 6:00 a.m.in the morning for about 2 hours.then a rest and some light food not fatty and heavy it will make you drowsy.then 1 hour.then rest.or chores.in the evening about6:00 p.mto 2-3 hours after that.make sure you get some relaxation by closing your eyes and thinking about nice things for 5-6 min.then after 9:30 till 15 more min.to ten.sleep straight away then.good luck for your exams.hope it works.

How many hours does it take for you to get a 90 percent on a test. That is the amount of hours we mean. Is that 4 hours the day before or one hour every day for two weeks before. Only you know that answer. In US 4.0 is perfect and comes with 95 to 100% on all tests and works.
