What's the best place to buy Japanese tissue paper?

WHATS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY SCHOOL SUPPLIES?

Please tell me a good place, the dollar store sucks cuz they sell packs of paper for $1.00 when you can get for like forty cents, and wal mart is not all that.

target to get all the pens,pencils,highlighters, markers,color pencils,etc. walmart to get tablets (10 for $1) and folders and all those stuff office depot to get paper and academy to get a backpack if you need one
