What would be a good school district to student teach in near Philadelphia?

I will be moving somewhere between Philadelphia and Wilmington, De in a couple of months and need to request a school district and school (elementary level) where I would like to complete my student teaching. However, I am not at all familiar with the area. Can anyone recommend a good school district and/or school in that area, preferably in Pa? A friend suggested West Chester Area SD and Downingtown Area SD. If you agree, do you know specific primary school names that you would recommend? Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
