How to convince my math teacher to give me extra credit?

How can i convince my math teacher to give me some extra credit assignments?

• i just transferd schools and my math teacher gave us some quizzes... i thought i would actually do good on the quizzes but i actually have failed all 3 or 4...so now i have an f in the class..the school year is almost over and i cant fail this class...plus my bestfriends highschool graduation is in a few weeks and to be able to go..i can only have a's and b's...im going in for help every morning and during study hall for help...so im hoping she will see that i really am trying and give me some extra credit work...bu if she doesnt...what can i do to convince her to give me some extra work todo? this is really important...not only for the fact that i would fail the class and have to retake it..but the fact that after my friends graduation...hes moving 6 hours away where ill enver see him....so please...help me:(

  Failing a class is not the end of the world. It can make you a stronger student if you learn from your mistakes. Do extra math problems for your teacher, whether you get extra credit or not. I can assure you that the more math problems you do, the better you will get at it. I'm not talking about spending an extra thirty minutes on a math assignment; I'm talking hours more. This will cut into your social time, but unless you put more time into your math class you will continue to get the same results.
