im 15 im a martial arts fighter i never done flips before but u run alot so wear can i find a teacher on how to get really good at free running and parkour and is there good free running shoes like the ones in mirrors edge but for male

Try your local Parks & Recreation department. They usually have free classes in various kinds of sports for young people. As for "good free running shoes", sorry - those cost a lot, and no one is giving them out for free!
