What Are The Best Revision Techniques?

What are really helpful and effective revision techniques?

• I go to a grammar school and it does my head in because my parents are constantly nagging me to start revising and they base my life on good grades. I want to enjoy xmas, but i also want to pass my exams. And good techniques, that are unusual but effective? Would appriciate the help thank you.

  Does the writing fulfill the assignment? Is there a recognizable thesis statement that accurately reflects what has been said in the paper? Is there an inviting introduction? Is the conclusion satisfying? Does the paragraph do what was promised by the thesis? Do the paragraphs begin with a topic sentence that announces what part of the larger issue will be covered in that paragraph? Have you given adequate examples, illustrations, etc., to support the point this paragraph is trying to make? Have you provided transition sentences, words, or phrases that lead the reader from paragraph to paragraph? Answer these questions and you will have a well constructed paper.
