How to write a formal letter?

  • Hi, I have a small business with 4 employees, and I have been asked by them to give them a letter stating who their employers is, How much the make, how often they get paid, I think is for they are applying to get monetary help, and the problem is that i don't know how and much less I have the skills to write such letter, I assume that it has to look very professional and be very well dictated, so can any one help?? anything can be helpful for me and for my employees, thanks in advance!!!

    Put the following in the top right corner: Their Name here Their Full address here And here And here Dear mr/miss/mrs (insert name), I am writing to inform you of you employment details, we at (company name) thank you for you loyal services. ( or something like that) Total wage (per hr): ........ Yours faithfully (your name) (your business) Out the telephone number, email and fax ( if you have one) in the header or footer too. GOOD LUCK
