  1000s of schools offer geography as a stand-alone subject in Canada at the high school level. No-one could possibly name all the schools for you. Provinces are responsible for education here. You need to know the names of the provinces and google "school boards name of province" and search from there. For example, google "school boards Ontario". Each school board does it's own hiring so you have a lot of work ahead of you, unless you can narrow down the area of Canada you'd like to work in.
