What is the best teacher's college in Ontario?

Can you recieve your ontario teachers college certificate by correspondence or online classes?

is there such a program that is avaliable for people who want to become teachers but not able to attend classes? My brother is a certified mechanic, and his job has started to affect his health.. he wants to be a teacher but cannot just quit and go to teachers college since he has a family to support and a mortgage to pay... anyone know of a solution?
