Which is better a medical assistant diploma or a medical assistant associate degree?

Teaching assistant diploma course -NVQ level 3?

I am an indian with a B.Sc B.ed degree from Osmania university of India , presently residing in UK.I have recently enrolled in an online teaching assistant diploma course through ncc home learning which is said to be equivalent to NVQ level 3 .I am a mom and a housewife. need help from those who have done or are doing this course.Thanks in advance for the help which I may need consistantly to complete 7 modules and appreciate the positive comments.
