I need a gift idea for my teacher?

Hey, I think its sweet that your getting her a gift. Well i think what would be a good idea is a box for a marriage certificate holder. Its not tacky and its cheap. You can get some really pretty ones from a lot of places. Or you could get a photoframe because its perfect for any occasion and you can get decorative ones. Good Luck :)

Honestly? Coming from an actual teacher ...I think a simple card would do the trick! You and your friend can sign a wedding card wishing them all the best. That alone would mean the world. I think it begins to get inappropriate when you start buying things off her registry. You have to remember she is still your teacher. You're both very sweet girls :)

I really don't think its all too necessary for you and your friend to get your teacher a gift. It is very sweet tho and knowing my own self I would probably do the same thing. I would get my teacher something that she knew was from me, something she knew that came from my heart. You obviously like this teacher or you wouldn't be getting her anything. Pick out a fun time or some thing she always says in class and make some thing of it. Ideas will pop into your head. My math teacher who was also my HS PA instructor this past year was in the room while my group had been taking the HS PA's in fact she was monitoring. My teacher's mother had been in the hospital at the time very ill. Laying on her death bed, my teacher no matter how much we told her to leave everyday wouldn't leave until we had finished our tests. So at the end of the week we gave her flowers and wrote he a poem one of the lines in this poem was. "It sounds like we have all had a big bowl of angry this week, making the days harder and tougher to get through so bleak" Any time some one is in a mad mood she says some one had a big bowl of angry this morning. When she read the poem she really took a good look at us and thanked us for it and she was happy we did it. Write your teacher a little poem and the bottle of wine should be fine. She will be happy with anything!

A photo frame is always good. Another idea - a set of coasters

When I got married, the kids in my class gave me a photo frame - a fairly inexpensive one, and it was perfect! Plus I was able to take it into school to show them one of m wedding pictures. Laura Ashley has a sale on at the moment and lots of the picture frames are half price.
