What jobs can an anthropologist major find, outside of teaching?

Where can i look to find teaching jobs in liverpool and manchester?

• I am thinking of making the move back up north to return to liverpool where i went to uni. However i need to find a job. Im currently a primary school teacher in cambridge. When i looked for my current job i used EPM which was like a south east database of teaching jobs. I was wondering whether there was an equivalent for up north? Manchester/ liverpool/ blackburn area really. thanks

  depends what you want, TES is expensive so you tend to only see senior posts advertised, not many schools advertise standard teaching posts unless they have difficulty getting candidates usually because they are in very challenging circumstances, if you want a senior post then ads for September will probably not appear until after Easter for classroom teacher posts most local authorities have a dedicated section of the website eg http://liverpool.gov.uk/jobs-and-training/current-vacancies/school-vacancies/ of course there are several local authorities in the area
