How to write an impressive career objective on a teaching assistant resume?

I have applied to so many jobs and no one really calls back and I'm guessing my resume has something to do with it so can anyone help me write an impressive career objective on a teaching assistant resume?

Answer:
How to write an impressive career objective on a teaching or teaching assistant resume? Don't. Instead, write an impressive career objective in your cover letter. Your opening paragraph in your cover letter states the position you are applying for (title), the name of the company (or school district), and how you found out about it (on Edjoin). Your next paragraph in your cover letter gives a brief indication of some of your strengths relative to the position that you are applying for, using the exact wording in the job posting and the identical wording on your resume. The final sentence of that middle paragraph refers to your resume. Your final paragraph in your cover letter prompts the reader to take action to contact your for an interview, such as calling or emailing you. If your cover letter is done correctly, you should not distract from your resume by restating the obvious. Even without a cover letter, a well-written resume makes it evident what type of position that you are applying for. If the open position is in kindergarten, your teacher training or previous aide experience was in kindergarten, and your credential is in early childhood education, then the reader automatically knows that you would make a great kindergarten teacher; not a high school physics teacher. If the open position is an SDC teacher, your previous years of teaching or service as an aide were with students having severe disabilities, and your credential is moderate-to-severe, then you fit the job opening in your email header and the opening listed in your opening paragraph of your cover letter, so listing it again wastes valuable reading time for the screener. This is a clean approach the avoids "fluff" or "padding" a resume. (You can also send me a copy of your resume and cover letter for a free review. I review resumes as a hobby weekly.)

More information would be helpful with this ie. ehat you would like to do. If you want to progress to become a fully qualified teacher then say so. If you are happy to be a TA then put something in along the lines of: I would like to be the person that every child remembers as having a positive impact on their lives. If you are not sure at the moment then ask yourself: 'Where do I want to be in 5 years time?' You will have to think about this but some factors may be: Teacher Manager Information, Advice and Guidance worker etc etc.

I can't imagine that is the deciding factor, have you asked for feedback from previous unsuccessful applications?
