I need an idea to punish a student?

• since i started to be teacher i swore that i never punish my students with "go out of the class" nor never would participate of them... i use to punish them with "time-out" and when they say bad words i use to put black pepper powder in their tongue or i impute them a work... my problem is i've got a student who is always calling me bad names, what is the ideal punishment to her??? without be beat (it's bad, not permitted and i don't want), nor participate (it's a cowardice act)... i already punished her and i swore/gave good things to her, but nothing resulted... i punished her confiscating her mp4 by a weak(she was listening to music in the lesson), i confiscated her internet pen drive by a weak too, i tickled her (i bring her to home and she invited me to enter and i revenged the names that she called me grabbing her feet and tickle her with a feather by 15 minutes, it was to be 5 min but the time was up with the bad names that she is calling me), i didn't let she go to the break, and other punishments... and she is keeping to make fun of me in the same.... what punishment can i do her?? i am new here, i am just 27 years old, i admit that i am immature, i shouldn't tickle her...but i am desperate.... please help me... she has between 15 and 17 years old, i don't know it right... and please don't tell me to call her parents, because i already did it and they told me to i punish her and it seems that they don't want to know and i don't want to harm my student...i just want that she learn that she can't call names to the people...please tell me a punishment not so bad, but a punishment that will do her learn!!! please, don't tell me to participate of her, because she can be suspended and it'll be so bad to her, i don't want to talk with people above than me too... i just need a idea for a normal punishment...a punishment that will do my student learn that can't be bad... thanks...

  I think that she now is doing things just to annoy you and see how far you will go, until you go over the edge and do something that will cost your job. NEVER again tickle her, use pepper on her tongue, go to her house, or ever touch her again in any way. You are the teacher. Don't treat her as an adversary. Your desperate means sound like revenge. You need to stop being the butt of her games. It's time to get professional. Start by reading your school district official discipline policy. There should be levels of offenses and appropriate consequences to be taken. I would advise that you start today to document her bad behavior and what you did or said at the time. Document who, what, where, when, why, how, etc. Do NOT go back and list things in the past. You do NOT want to document and give to your principal a written record of your very inappropriate actions. Start the record now since you will never do those things again. Let her know that you are documenting these things. Stop class if you have to, to enter the incident. That may start to make her uncomfortable. That may calm her down. Then after a few weeks, you will have documentation to take to the principal to get some support in dealing with her.
