How to Stop Students from Using Drugs?

  • I'm a senior in high school, and my PALs class is trying to focus on stopping students from using or dealing drugs. Ever since budget cuts, our district cannot afford random drug testing which seemed to be the only working method to scare kids from doing drugs. We've agreed that a speaker wouldn't be enough to stop anyone cause kids think they are invincible, so we need ideas and methods that we could use to scare kids from doing drugs! We don't want kids to keep justifying weed as 'smoking an herb', we want to do something about this! Thanks so much, any suggestions are appreciated!
