Where can we get trainings for contracters?

I want to go in corporate trainings. What should I do?

• I am a trainer in life insurance industry but want to go in corporate trainings like HR trainings and want to get involved in the training content design and various other functions of trainings. I want to be involved in the trainings of corporate managers etc. How to go for it and what diplomas can be done and from where in INDIA?

• Answer:

  As a corporate trainer myself I came up from within the company to do training. My company being unionised doesn't go outside to fill the training positions unless there have been no applicants from within and I think that most orgaizations are set up this way too. You could do what one of my retired colleages did and hang out his shingle as a training consultant or watch the want ads and hope a position opens up.
