  No, not yet. There are some programs out there with good teacher ed. online but nothing that would get you the K-12 music certificate. It will probably become an option in the next couple years, Boston, East Carolina, U Hawaii Manoa, South Florida, Austin Peay have master's in MuEd online and Boston has their DMus in MuEd online. You could do a Bachelor of Music via one of the assessment colleges (Excelsior, Thomas Edison State, or Charter Oak) and then do an alternate route to certification but getting the major classes online is a real challenge.
