What are typical questions in an interview for assistant principal?

What kind of questions will I be asked at my teachers assistant interview?

• I have m first every teachers interview coming up on the 16 and have no idea what I am going to be asked. If you have had a teachers assistant interview before please tell me what kind of questions you where asked and examples of the best way to answer these questions. I have worked in an after school club for 6 years and have NVQ3 in childress and education. The job Iam being interviewed for is in a primary school. Thanks

  Why do you want to be a teaching assistant? What is your understanding of the job role? What experience do you have working with children? They may give you some scenarios...e.g what would you do in a certain situation? If you already have a job, they'll ask you if you enjoyed it etc.. and obviously why you are thinking of leaving it.... be positive with this answer, say you loved working there but it's time for you to move forward....
