Do i have OCD? probably mild or something but im creeped!?
-
to start off with i think i should mention that i have adhd, if that has any importance at all so im not a clean freak. i do like to wash things and more of a prefectionist. my mom jokingly said she suspects it because i have a horrible habit, ever since i was little, where i repeat what i say under my breath as i breath in after i say it. (but of course i dont know it but my friends always confront me about it). i also have this really strange habit of counting words like a sign that might say "Friendly's" or something and if it is even lettered then its "a good place" if its odd its a "bad place"- crazy, i know. i was realived when i counted my name and it was even. and oh god, my picky eating! when i was little i would stave myself because i refused to eat food when it was touching other food and i only ate plain foods. like spagetti with no sauce and white rice. i would eat pasta everyday. i am not joking it was pretty serious. i weighed like 62 pounds in 5th grade- i was abnormally skinning. i also am afraid to read passages in english class, afraid i might blurt out something completely inappropriate in the middle of it. also im afraid to, for example, go to the top of a building or something and look down and just jump! like impulsively! i dont want to die, and im not afraid of hieghts. i dont know if that has anything to do with OCD but... thanks!!!

Answer:
dont listen to jimmy. the picky eating thing is normal. most little kids dont like it when their food is touching and they dont like sauce either. but the other stuff sounds OCDish. i saw this episode of true life i have ocd and this one girl had to count her steps and what you said about the talking under your breath and counting the letters reminded me of that

It never hurst to get a psychological assesment from your school this is confidential and must be asked by your parents in wiriting. the school has about a month to give you the test and to provide services. IT never hurts to find out how you can change teh things that you described.

If you have a problem, the first step in correcting it is recognizing it, and accepting responsibility. That said, you are fully capable of correcting any problems you have simply because you are willing to recognize those problems and acknowledge them. Congratulations, that makes you exceptional.

Yeah those are all classic symptoms, but you might also be just plain old dumb and with parents who were unwilling to smack that out of you.
