What is a thesis for developmental disabilities?

There are many effective ways for parents who have children with dissabilities to get involved. i need thesis?

  Special Education itself is set up so parents are involved with the process 1) a child cannot be tested for potential elgibility unless a parent/guardian signs a consent form 2) a child cannot be enrolled in special ed services (irrespective of the actual test results) unless there is an IEP conference where the parents have been invited and are active/equal participants in planning an appropriate education for the child. 3) Parents have the legal right to call additional IEP conferences and eventually take the issue to court if they do not believe that their child's educational needs are being adequately/appropriately addressed. The school is legally obligated to listen to and plan with the parents of students with disabilities.
