Which schools do children with LOW IQ go to?

Where do I go to find out which schools are specifically for children with special needs?

  • My company would like to donate some of our educational programming to area schools that serve children who have special needs (mental, developmental, etc). But we're having a hard time researching schools in our area that cater to special needs children. Is there a website that we can go to that will list these schools? Any idea how we can get in contact with these types of schools? Thank you for your help!

  • Answer:

    Contact your regional Board of Education and ask them. They should be able to provide you with information about both public and private schools in need of help for children with special needs. They can sometimes take donations for certain projects, like purchasing assistive technology, even if they are a public school.

The child development people or Social service people may know but if it's something like down syndrome of dyslexia then they would be fine to go 2 normal school because they have SSA to help usually at special schools if it's one u go 2 for whole school carer they usually teach everything at lowest level: like my friend went to special one and they got told if you good you go heaven and if you bad you go to hell- Even if they are at special schools they should teach it right
