How was it like being a nursing student?

How did u handle being dyslexic and being and nursing student?

  • im a nursing student and not coping very well with the work load, is there anyone out there who has some advice??

  • Answer:

Everyone needs longer times of study then others. Pay not attention to how long others take to study and just focus on what YOU need in order to be successful. I personally take a while to study and yeah it does make ya a bit envious of the people who just get it right away, but hey, sometimes trying new learning strategies can help. Like per say.... Reading things outloud if your a auditory learner... Reading the material every night, refreshing your memory constantly. The key is to get the info in your long-term memory so begin studying immediately then before your exam, re-reading the material should for the most part be refreshing your memory while perhaps picking up a few things you didn't fully understand the first time. You should way in advance before the exam, have a grasp and idea of what's going on.
