How can i make potty train with 8yo boy and change diaper to 14yo boy?

• i am a babysitter,i am a19yo girl.i have a job to look after 2boy.on of them never potty train,he wear diaper 24/7,other one who have bedwetting.i dont know why his mom not train him,she asked me to train him i never train more than 4yo.how can i train him?can i use the baby way to train he?should i buy pullups,learn pants,underwear,potty to him? how can i change him when he was poop or pee outside? his brother who have bedwetting, his mom told me to put diaper to him before his sleep and check his diaper on morning.how can i put diaper to him?like a baby?should i take off his diaper and clean?does he feel embarrassed?

  It's much easier to potty train when they are younger, unless they are like 10 years old then you tell them the direction of the bathroom, lift the toilet seat, do your business. Also, you change a 14 yr old's diaper, that 14 year old might have hit puberty, has a bigger stick, and you might feel kind of weird, and he will too, having a 19 year old change him. And if hes 14 years old can't you tell him to stand over the toilet and pee or sit down on it and do your business or anything? Same as the 8 year old if he has sense.
