How To Prepare For Iit Jee Aieee?

AIEEE preparation help ......?

  • ok, i had joined a coaching institute for iit-jee prep. but, left it because it wasn't of much benefit. so, finally, my aim is aieee exam. how to prepare for it ? i mean, what are the recommended books by cbse ? is the exam purely based on ncert ? is there anything extra to be covered like, the iit-jee preparation requires "extra coverage & high-level knowledge" ? i have got an archive of iitjee questions, but its really tough to solve so, i m not solving it. should i solve the archive coz my aim is aieee. anyone knows about the colleges (engineering) which we get according to our rank (for delhi students) ? i want "netaji subhash ...college" or "manipal engin. college" or last option is "NTU, singapore". whatever info u have related to this, plz tell me.

Other answers

The exam goes beyond the NCERT and is more difficult than the board exams. The text books typically do not go into the level of application detail required by these exams. See the presentation video on this website to understand the difference. So you need to do more. You can either do this by yourself or follow a coaching programme that provides you the benefits you want.
