What is the benefit of GNIIT?

Should i join gniit or mca? My father asks to join any one of them ,plzz help all hr,comp field ppl can help?

• i ve compleated my degree bsc,now i want to look forward for my career..so i met gniit ppl dey suggested me two course gniit,diploma in .net. gniit has many cources wid 3year n diploma has 2-3 topics wid 3months its for job,iam even looking forward for mca along wid any two, gniit is for 12pass n diploma is for degree stud,bt gniit say ts like base wid many course.whd do i join gniit,or diploma ? main prob is dat my father asked me to tak ny one of them frm mca or gniit.which one is good for my job oriented future?? Shuld i suggest: 1.gniit with distance mca,will it gv value for salary?? Den i vl ve to sit wid 12pass student :( in gniit class,den 3yrs of distance mca, 3yrs of gniit? Is it even possible to study two of dem..it may lead to fail?? 2.diploma wid mca?? In dat case i ve two optn do job afta diploma n dist mca or leave job n go fu regular mca..whd to do :( 3.only look for regular mca in good college n expect high salary or promotion?? 4.gniit wid distance mba its my fathers iopinion says i can be team leader.will mba help a Bsc student.. 5. Else i only do gniit 3yr n get job widout mca 6. Else suicide 7.or as iam degree stud ill go fu diploma in .net or java for 3mnt n do a job in degree it self. Its same as 2nd point Am mor intrested in computrr fields. i ve heard dat some company dunn prefer distance mca.bt gniit ppl say if i get work experience n my base is strong wid knowledge,i can do better,n whn knowledge is der ill get promotions wid dist mca, i got a scholarship also in gniit. Tell me whd a hr needs..so dat i get promotions,job,n gud salary in future,whd do i choose fu it gniit n mca/distance mca/diploma in (.net /java) n opt fu a job?? do gniit teach well??can i bcome creative n talented wid deri faculty?? Comparing to mca n btch,degree der will same salary for mca? whd do i do?? Suicide?? Mca students dunn ve extra value??? Tell me..even distance mca students dunn ve ny value??? Huhh plzzz helppp!!! As fast bcuz dis sep 30 is my last.

  Both are good course but i have lots of friend which r pass out student of gniit and i found that they r nt happy with their qualification so i will suggest you for mca but do mca with good university ok
