What additional courses helpful for me with correspondence course of MBA?

As what skills or courses of short duration can I do with my correspondence course of Mba as in correspondence course we have no knowledge for presentation of project report and not even i have practical knowledge.so what i have to do in that case.even in many job advertising in newspaper they are demanding full time course in MBA.so what in that case i have to do so that i can perform better.

YOUR DGREE WILL NOT HAVE MUCH VALE AS COMPARED TO FULL TIME MBA'S., BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALMOST 18 HOURS OF DAILY STUDIES, WITH ACCESS TO LIBRAIES, PROFESSORS, SENIOURS ETC. YOU SHOULD NOW ATTEMPT TO GET SHORT DURATION COURSES(6MONTHS) FROM IIM'S AND OR XLRI, JAMSHEDPUR TO LEARN MORE AND GET A RESPECTABLE JOB. PLEASE DON'T MIND.
